How to Create & Edit a Patient's Custom Pack

Important Steps:
- Do not include any of the patient's contact information in any step in this process. Of course, we do not want the patient to receive the receipt for the order, as they have purchased the supplements through your clinic software.
- The quantity selected on the site must be the total amount of capsules per day.
- Our algorithm will divide the packs into AM & PM packs if the total daily quantity is over 8 capsules. If less than 8 capsules, then the patient will receive one daily pack.
If you would like to customize the dosage of the patient's custom pack, then please send a ticket to support@aceva.com with the order # along with the desired dosage schedule.
- Include the Patient's ID# from ChiroHD and their First Name & Last Initial in the cart page
ex. (#12345 - Nick E.)
- Enter the Patient's name in the shipping details
This will print the patient's name on their custom pack. You can switch the shipping address at anytime.
- Only place one order per patient. Multiple patient subscriptions cannot be create in one order. One patient = one order
- You can add a one time purchase with a patient's subscription order.
- You can purchase a bottle along with the custom pack capsules in the same order. Only the capsule versions of the product will be added to their custom pack.
- The SOP above is only for creating a new patient subscription. Once a patient has an active subscription, then please follow the steps below to edit their subscription.
